When Richard Sherman came to San Francisco from Seattle in 2018, he agreed to a three-year contract that includes a $3 million signing bonus and pays him through 2020. Eric Fisher: $12 Million per Year
A four-year contract started in 2018 for Eric Fisher, who was guaranteed $22 million in total, all of which was guaranteed at signing. He’s entering the third year of the deal, which includes a $12.75 million signing bonus. Although his base salary in 2020 will be $8.75 million, bonuses and restructure money will pad that number out to $9.25 million. Kwon Alexander: $13.5 Million per Year
Although the deal comes with a potential out in 2020, Kwon Alexander just wrapped up the first year of a four-year contract that he signed in 2019 after moving to San Francisco from Tampa Bay. Tyreek Hill signed a three-year contract worth $54 million that takes him through 2022 until he becomes a free agent in 2023. The deal included a $5.8 million signing bonus. He was guaranteed $22.54 million at signing and $35 million overall. Although his 2020 base salary will be a paltry $820,000, a slew of bonuses, including a $15.2 million roster bonus, will bump him up to $16.2 million for the year. Frank Clark: $20.8 Million per Year
Frank Clark’s nine-figure contract includes a $19 million signing bonus. The five-year deal, which ends in 2024 when he enters free agency, includes $43.81 million guaranteed at signing and $62.31 million guaranteed overall. His base salary for 2020 will be $17 million, but when the bonuses are tallied, he’ll have earned $27 million on the year. Jimmy Garoppolo: $27.5 Million per Year
The highest-paid player on either team is 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo, who inked a five-year deal worth $137.5 million, including a $7 million signing bonus. He’s guaranteed $74.1 million, $41.7 million of which was due at signing. So far, he’s earned every dollar.
