Sunmark Begins to Re-Open Branch LobbiesSunmark Credit Union announced today that they will be re-opening the majority of their branch lobbies beginning Monday, May 18. Sunmark had previously sent a survey to membership to gauge members’ feelings about using Sunmark lobbies once they are open. Sunmark CEO Frank DeGraw said, “The responses were encouraging as the survey results overwhelmingly showed that by re-opening our lobbies, we will be meeting our member’s needs.” DeGraw added, “Though members still have concerns, they are ready for in-person transacting and support the decision to open the lobbies.” Sunmark will re-open its branch lobbies and administrative offices with normal business hours at the following locations: Brunswick, Clifton Park, Colonie, Five Corners, Glenville, Latham, Saratoga, and Schenectady branches. Branch lobbies in Delmar, Milton and Rotterdam, as well as three satellite locations, will remain closed and will re-open as soon as operationally feasible. A Sunmark Re-open Task Force was created to establish Sunmark’s reopening procedures and guidelines as Sunmark moved forward to a lobby re-opening.
